Please note that telephoning the surgery number out of hours (between 6.30pm and 8.00am in weekdays and all weekends and bank holidays) will direct you to the 111 health related telephone advice service. The 111 operator will be able to help you find the health care you need if you cannot wait until the practice is open.
This service will not be able to deal with personal administrative requests such as making appointments and repeat prescriptions, and should only be used for medical problems which cannot wait until the next working day.
If you have a need for a prescription we prefer you to contact the practice via Patient Access rather than telephone. If you do use the telephone, make sure you clearly state the name and amount of the medication you require. We also request that you call us after 2.00pm for prescription requests when our lines are less busy.
